Congratulations on purchasing a Simply Home product, which comes with a 30 Day money back guarantee on any unopened product in original package. If the product is damaged, you have 7 days to notify us in order to receive a new replacement.

What is Covered?

If you receive a defective Simply Home product, will replace the damaged with the same product at no charge to purchaser. Purchaser must give notice by contacting Customer Service by telephone at 864.338.3064 or 877.537.8911, within 7 days after receiving the product. When the customer returns a product for a refund, please also send an email with your order number referenced and the tracking number for the returned shipment. Send email to: wecare@esimplyhome.com. The original purchaser will be required to provide a receipt to our Customer Service Department before a warranty claim can be reviewed, and warranty claims cannot be reviewed without it. The purchaser may be asked to provide the defective product and/or pictures of the defective product. If the purchaser does not heed this request, it could void this warranty. Please note there is a 30 day return on packaged products only. In order to receive a refund, the product must be unopened and in its original package. There is a $5 restocking fee on packaged products. Customer must also cover shipping cost to return the product.

How Your Defective Product Claim is Processed:

When a warranty claim is approved, a replacement for the defective product will be shipped to the purchaser at no cost. If the purchaser is asked to return the defective product to Simply Home, the purchaser will be provided with a return label.

Your Rights Under the Law:

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

What is Excluded Under this Warranty?

Simply Home makes no warranty with respect to the normal wear of the material. In addition, this product must be cleaned in accordance with the care and use instructions. In no case will Simply Home be liable for the incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of the breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property other than the product, or economic losses. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
