Our website is primarily for wholesale customers to view and order our products
However we welcome interest from retail shoppers as well.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS – WHOLESALE
If you are a new wholesale customer, click the “Log In” button at the top of the screen then click “Create New Account” to set up your online account. Enter your information as required, including your email address and a password for your Simply Home account, then click “Request Wholesale Buying Status”.
You will be emailed with further directions to complete your registration.
Note: you must fax or email your Tax ID certificate so that we can complete your registration before you place your first order

Once we receive your Tax ID, we will notify you that it was received and that you are registered to place wholesale orders through our website.
- If you have an existing website account, click the “Log In” button and enter your email address and Simply Home account password.
- Once you have successfully logged in, click “Continue Shopping” on the registration page or “Go Shopping” on the top or bottom navigation bars to view our products. Browse the website and add the products that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button on the details page of the product.
Click the “Shopping Cart” button to review or change information about your order.
Change quantities and other information about the products
Remove items from your shopping cart – highlight the product that you do not wish to purchase – click the “Remove Item” button.
Click the “Checkout” button.
Review and your billing and shipping information
Click “Finalize Order” to complete and send your order.
Until the website is complete, we will call for credit card information
No order will be shipped without valid card information
Once the website is finished, you will be shown freight charges and be able to securely post card information online

Security of On-line Ordering:
We regard the security of the information that you provide to us very important and confidential. We use the latest online technology to provide security.
TERMS & CONDITIONS – WHOLESALE ORDERS
- There will be a $3.00 handling fee per order.
- If you contact us by phone, fax or email, please have your customer number ready when ordering
- After your wholesale account is established, your initial wholesale order must total $200.00 (minimum). All wholesale orders and reorders after the initial order must total $100.00 (minimum).
- Shipping will be by the most direct and best carrier. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Special shipping instructions must be spelled out carefully.
- Please indicate your street address. Post office boxes are not satisfactory for freight shipping address. If you want to use a different carrier for shipping, you must notify Simply Home immediately after your order is placed.
- Normally, orders are processed and shipped 3 to 5 business days from the date of receipt.
- We will automatically back order items that are unavailable at the time of shipment unless you specify “no back orders”. After 90 days from the date of the original shipment, if the merchandise is still not available, the back order will be cancelled. Back orders of $25.00 or more are shipped when ready-without notice-with free freight.

Currently our checkout does not calculate total shipping costs. Shipping costs are based on weight of the order and your zip code plus our $3 handling fee. esimplyhome.com and Simply Home values your privacy as an individual and visitor to our website. We have limitations to the use of the information which you provide on the website when shopping or registering with us.
Uses of Information Collected (such as emails, addresses, etc.) esimplyhome.com and/or Simply Home may send you occasional specials via email or mail. We do not sell our mailing lists to outside sources. Only partners or members of Simply Home will be allowed to use your email, billing or shipping address and telephone number for the instances stated above.
We have appropriate physical, electronic and procedural security safeguards to protect and secure the information that we collect.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from Simply Home. The customer will be responsible for return freight unless the merchandise was found to be defective or a shipping error occurred. A call tag will be issued in those cases. Any defective merchandise or shipping errors must be resolved within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment.
After thirty days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Once we have received and processed the returned item, you can expect a refund in the original payment form (credit card, check, etc.) for purchase within 15-30 business days of our receiving your return.
